Ha, I kill-ded spider man the other night, shared a car with super girl and my car kicks ass coz its got the "sweeney todd" written on the sides and the number plate Rozzers.. Normally this is not going to grab my attention for too long but!! Although the missions are a little repetitive the hit box's are a gamble, its growing on me. I was pretty much ready to bin this and if you pick it up and play it for a couple of hours you may well think the same but read on.
It seems the city has given up trying to police the place so they allowed the public to take up arms wear really weird clothes and go hell for leather tearing up the place shooting at everything. The gangs have responded and currently its all out war on the streets... ". Look, its a better plot line than the Farm Sim on Facebook so live with it...
APB, Cops n Robbers. Think GTA network Death match. Same sort of thing Cops & Robbers" commandeer or steal cars " and burn rubber. Both factions can use agents that offer missions for which you are rewarded with stuff that becomes invaluable. The primary hooks, drive cars round an urban assault course and have you mates hanging out to the windows of your pimped out ride doing drive byes.. Customize you and your ride but it all costs in game dollars, good job the devs have put a feature in that allows you to buy in game currency with real world cash handy that! Level up and you get to use better vehicles and gun you also unlock personal, vehicle and weapon upgrades.
Ok, were back to standard MMO fare here but what isn't these days. So, you get to drive cars, customize your character with one of the most complex editors to date and you can play as a girl. Play dress up and you can even choose your characters breast size and skimpy outfit although it gets boring after about 8 hours doing that... Oh, and that counts as game time by the way don't forget EA are behind this one so expect to be fleased. So it all looks good so far however......
The game needs a few fix's.... In big letters on the font of the box it should read
" GET SOME MATES WITH YOU OR YOUR GOING TO ANNIHILATED ".
under that should be printed....
" YOUR GOING TO GET ANNIHILATED EVEN IF YOUR WITH YOUR MATES BUT YOU HAVE SOMEONE TO SHARE THE PAIN WITH ".
The main beef is that when you collect a mission from an agent, the agent on the other side offers a counter mission to players on the server to stop you. So as your tootling along in your stock run about commandeered or nicked from a passer bye depending on faction. Some airy arsed bastard in a " large breasted sexy brunette skin " turns up in a pimped out ride with 3 of his mates all 200 levels above you and carrying better guns than you........ Result Yer Dead Again. So is it actually worth playing... HELL YEH..!!!
The best thing about being on the receiving end so often ie getting wasted is that when your team does get a kill on one of these level 200 plus its just so much more satisfying. We were playing the other night and some git in a Pink Hello Kitty pickup pretty much owned us in 4 missions until one of the guys pile drive'd a van into his skinny arse ( see ref airy arsed bastard dressed in a girl skin sub section WoW and everything else online ). It must have upset him and broke his concentration because I got a hit in next with a Range Rover. He turns up again on the next mission which is a protect the VIP we have to drive round while the other team chase us. One of us is driving the rest are hanging out of the windows shooting at this pink truck, it starts smoking and the next volley from assorted ordnance the truck explodes a quick " bye " in local chat and were off.

The short of it all is...
Don't play it on your own.
Don't expect to win against other players with better guns, upgrades and levels than you have.
Don't expect to enjoy it until you hit level 50 about 9 hours play.
Its fun but not on your own...
